New to our venue? Here is some information that might help you know what to expect!
Tickets/Will Call — The CHARTS Box Office opens one hour prior to a performance to purchase any remaining tickets. There are two windows inside of the main lobby. If you have already purchased your tickets and requested to pick them up the day of the event, they will be avaliable at Will Call.
When to arrive — The lobby will open one hour prior to a performance, and the doors to the theater will open 30 minutes prior to a performance for you to take your reserved seat. We invite you to take a tour of our Windgate Art Gallery, mingle with the other patrons, or purchase concession and/or artist merchandise, if available. We do recommend arriving early to find adequate parking.
Parking — There are three main parking lots at our venue's disposal for events. The North and East parking lots have direct access to the venue. The North parking lot brings you into the main lobby where the box office, concessions, and merchandise are housed. The East parking lot brings you into the secondary lobby on the first floor, which has direct acces to the VIP room and main lobby access via stairs and an elevator.
Concessions — Concessions are available at nearly all performances presented by The Center for Humanities and Arts. Only food or drink purchased at the venue are allowed at the venue. Drinks must be in a CHARTS Theater Cup in order to enter the theater for a performance.
Restrooms — There are restrooms located on the main floor on either side of the theater entrances. Restrooms are also available on the first floor for our VIP patrons and our orchestra seating section.
Electronic Devices — Every performance is different. Some artists encourage the use of cellular devices to catalog their performance while others request that they remain concealed to truly enjoy the intimacy of the performance. Please pay attention during the curtain speech where you will be notified of that performance's policy. If this is not addressed in the curtain speech patrons must adhere to the terms in the Conditions of Sale on their ticket confirmation. Under no circumstances may a patron use an iPad or a similarly large device to record or take photographs of a performance as they are distracting. All devices must be placed on silent throughout a performance.
The Center for Humanities and Arts is fully ADA accessible, including a front and side wheelchair entrance with a direct route to Orchestra and Mezzanine access. There are several van accessible reserved parking spots available as well in the North and East parking lot.
There are four (4) wheelchair spaces available in the theater with four (4) companion seats; please call the CHARTS Box Office at 501-812-2387 and request wheelchair seating when ordering tickets.
Service animals are permitted to reasonably accommodate a disability, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Assisted hearing devices are available with advanced request.
